Whenever anyone asks what to do to thank me for a smooth transaction, my answer: put it in writing.
But I don't ask for reviews. Last year I got a poor review. It was not even from a buyer or seller. It was from a caller I never met. They contacted me numerous times about a specific property, asking personal questions about the seller's situation making many inquires but not willing to answer any questions about who they were or the reason for the types of questions. This person had no agent and never asked to see the property.
I responded to the 'one star' review that remains at the top of the other reviews.
Now I have plenty of good reviews but would like to have this one moved a bit farther down. When I called Z, I was told the only way to change the position was to get new reviews and they would go to the top.

So starting this week I will be figuring out how to ask for these reviews. Maybe I will just read them what I wrote above.
