It is time to start the patterns.
It is time to see the boss of the woods.
Waiting until late set. or into Oct will not give you a true reading of the population.
Starting now will give you a much better idea of the herds strength.

It's been nearly 20 years since I've been on a hunting trip. Just can't do what I've done in the past.

Great picture William Feela And to answer your question... no I don't have my camera out (don't own one) and I also don't hunt. I'm "allergic" to that kind of outdoor activity.
Bill, many hunters who are not successful also do nopt plan or take any kind of time to check out their area.
