Sunday morning tech support
Chef Dolores was having computer problems and could not access her programs. Fortunately, our tech support person was available for a Sunday morning appointment to get her back in business. While he was here, he also made installed some upgrades on my computer. Service when you need it is so important.

We pay for a yearly Apple program that handles 5 of each devices our team has. One of the joys is online Genius bar that has priority.

Roy, good tech support is tough to find. I had one, but he got SO expensive. I now go through Geek Squad, and is only $99 a year for 3 computers.
