Good morning Debe - they look like they were trying to guard the house.

Early on in my career I did an open house for another agent and Ms Meow escaped into the attached garage in 90+ degree heat and went under the car and refused to come out...gotta watch those escape artists !

Hi Debe- I don't know but if I were the one buying, seeing those two would make me say..I'll buy it if those two fur babies stay with the house!!!! So cute!

Those are adorable fur faces, alright!  I have met some remarkable critters during showings.  One of the most memorable was a ferret that ran down the stairs, while we were going up.  His name was Levi.  I understand his brother, Strauss, was also there, but we didn't see him.

I always worry when I see showing instructions that say don't let the cat or dog out.  I am not a pet person, so don't know how to handle them and they are often sneaky and will get out if they want to, haha.

That is a couple of hep cats that know where the good life is so why move?

I am always worried when I see remarks like these in the showing instructions. I just know that some day I am going to open up the door and someones beloved pet will race past me.

They are adorable and hard to believe they stayed put the whole time you were there showing their home. They must have recognized you were a fur baby lover and were content for you to invade their space.

They have the best seat in the house so why move. I don't mind showing homes like this where the pets stay out of the way and don't try to excape.
