Rapid City Area Statistics for May 27, 2008

As of May 27, 2008, there are 1244 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 649 residential properties have sold, 255 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 361 have been withdrawn from the market.
