Doing so not only supports local and regional farmers but also ensures that my family is eating some of the freshest food possible. With so many tasty veggies reaching their peak season in summer (hello, corn on the cob!), now is a great time to check out your local farmers market. Not sure where to start?
Here’s a breakdown of the Triangle’s best farmers markets:
The State Farmers Market (Raleigh): Open year-round, 7 days a week! Monday through
Saturday, 5am to 6pm, and Sundays, 8am to 6pm. The State Farmers Market also features three
