Summer will officially be here next month, and now is still a GRREAAT time to buy.
We have some wonderful houses for sale in both Barnegat and Ocean counties,Taxes are still low.
Housing prices are lower than they have been and the mortgage lending rate is still quite low.
So, even though the gas prices are high, it seems that it is still to your advantage to invest here in Ocean County.Popular business's are still moving to our area. Summer time is almost here and the livin' is easy.
