I have been a Beverly Hills Realtor for over 22+ years and have sold many properties, from Ultra Luxury homes to modest homes. I have also sold modest condominiums to Ultra Luxury Condominiums in the greater Los Angeles area. Then to boot I have sold very inexpensive vacant lots to super expensive vacant lots in the Greater Los Angeles area. The real common denominator was always, that we had happy sellers and we had happy buyers.
I have received many awards from the companies I worked for, so it is clear that I have been successful year after year. now the amazing part of this journey has been that not everyone sent me a Thank You Note or a Thank You Card. The ones that did are very special in my heart.
Not everyone wrote a Review on the Z platform... not everyone wrote a private message to my Branch Manager that I did a superb job. No matter what, I provided every one the same 100 per cent professional service in representing their interests in buying or selling their Property.
So with that said I am so grateful to those clients who took the time out and reviewed me on the Z platform as well as those who sent me gifts such as fantastic wines, gift cards to some of the superb restaurants here in Los Angeles and those who sent me private and personalized thank you cards.
Each and every one of those thoughtful gifts touched my heart and I loved sharing it with Diane that had monetary value. The ones that had no monetary value were just as special.
WHY? Because not everyone takes time out of their busy lives to thank me for a job well done.
