Josh - I assume this is the USDA program?  That and the VA loan program are the main two that I'm aware of right now that offer 100% financing.

Hey Penny - Yes, this is the USDA program offered through SunTrust and they've just announced it for us... Keep in mind, FHA can still be structured as a 100% program...  Hope that helps.
