This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 3.6 percent, new homes are up 21.6 percent and resale condos are up 3.3 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 7.1 percent, down 4.6 percent on condos and up 18.0 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 11.1 persent and the sales volume is up 2.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 3.1 percent and the sales volume is down 17.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 12.1 percent and the sales volume is down 11.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 12.1 and the sales volume is down 28.6 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices are up 1.4 percent and the sales volume is down 16.4 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 0.5 percent and the sales volume down 18.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 16.2 percent and the sales volume is up 7.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 0.7 percent and the sales volume is up 26.9 percent.
Prices are still up for the most part but at a slower rate. The zip code 92691 shows a slight down turn in price. The market is slowing and is now an even market neither a seller's marekt nor a buyers market.
