In this fast paced society we have become we have created a lot of stress.
On is easy to resolve and some not so much.
But one thing for sure we cause much of it all ourselves.
Many times it is just by putting things off until later and then we need to rush to get done.
Under some stress?
Take inventory of your habits and your life.
Most can be eliminated with a few life style changes.
Hi Bill, I agree in our fast paced lives we do put a lot of stress on ourselves. The trick is finding a good balance between enough stress to get the job done well and on time and too much stress which could result in an unhappy ending.
We try to do too much and don't spend enough time reflecting, planning and just sitting.

I really haven't had much stress in about 10 years now. Living comfortable, loving life.
I don't know if we can control things that create stress, but we can control our reaction to it!
I have found that my early morning or late evening fishing trips have become more important than ever when possible. Great stress reliever.
