"Don't find fault, find a remedy."

Henry Ford (1863-1947) Founder of the Ford Motor Company

I once knew a guy that boastfully claimed that he could find fault in anything.  Notice, that I said "once".  I could not be friends with him anymore.  Nothing was ever good enough.   I have had employees in the past that nothing was ever good enough.

I am not immune to it either, I am just as guilty as many of us, but I am taking a concerted effort to be better.  Just think what this market could be like if we made an effort to make it better.  WE sold more homes in April than it was originally thought and that is the good news.

However, the talking heads in the same breath tell us that consumer confidence is the lowest in 16 years.

Can we win for losing?  I just had a sales rep leave my office.  She is great, but all she hears is negativity about my industry.  I had to set her straight.

Be the remedy and help people understand that if they do not buy a house soon, they will have missed the best buyers market in some time.

Dave,it can be very hard to stay positive in the face of so many that find their excitement in focusing on negative.  I find it so odd that we live in a time that people in general can be talked right into believing things that in many cases are not supported by facts.
