Tivoli Custom HomesToday's (non-human) visitor to my office was very camera shy.

I couldn't get her to open up for me. She would give me a quick glimpse of her beauty but never enough of a chance to take a "Centerfold" type of picture.

I did have a human visitor come to my office/open house while I was in the backyard photographing this beauty... hope he didn't think I was short a few screws for being "focused" on madam butterfly.

Butterflies are tough to capture on film Bob "RealMan" Timm but easier to get a wing shot with them than a hummingbird!

Good point Lisa Von Domek . I have not had the opportunity to shoot a hummingbird but just thinking about it makes me want to hang a feeder for them.

This was actually the 1st Monarch I'd seen this year Sheila Anderson which I think is unusual. I'm thinking maybe it's on it's way to the South and just dropped in for a rest.
