Plan on attending the Why Not!? Minot Music and Arts Festival starting the 16th through the 19th in downtown Minot. There will be over 65 performers throughout the 4 days on various stages through out the downtown.
The kick-off party will be a street dance for all ages with wrist bands to know who can or cannot drink alcohol at the event. It will begin at 6 p.m. and help to raise funds for the rest of the weekend to remain all ages.The cost to enter the street dance is $5 a person. Cost for the following days is $10 per person per day or $25 per person for all three.
