I was in contact with someone today whose $1+ million home in one of our most exclusive communities has been on and off the market for the past several years.... and always with the same broker. She tells me they're waiting for the market to improve! I was gob-smacked! Charlotte's market improved three years ago. You don't know what control it took for me not to say that maybe it's not the market, but their brokerage... especially as I think these very high end homes are the ones that will be suffering from a slowdown in the forseeable future.

All the homes in Camas seem really big with a lot of acreage. I should know better than to go to your website, Debb. Got all hung up on the one-stories in downtown Vancouver.
