On my walk the other day I came across this guy, and I did not know what to make of it. The temperature was in the 90's, so I doubt he was wearing the outfit because he was cold. So the only thing I could think of is that he felt the need to Going Undercover by wearing this zebra costume, or maybe he is a zebra wannabe!
And with that mask, he looks a bit like Zorro! Since the horse looks like a blonde, I'll bet it is for sun protection.
