Lise Howe unlike your market which never seems to slow down, we see buyers having more choice at the higher end of the market.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD it seems to be the only part of the market that has slowed down, although the lack of inventory in the lower prices is causing number of transactions to drop off.
