Many people are following this blog for updates, so I thought I should post a quick one over here as well. Missy and I had to compile a submission for the Makeover 2 Takeover contest - and we wanted to share the information with you!

It would be a great thing, that during this contest, you don't only watch and cheer but you also take action and join in! What a great time, when all of the teams will be sharing pieces of information from what worked for them - take out the nuggets that are right for you and your business and DO IT!

Although it started out seeming like an elephant next to an ant, I made it! You can too!

Missy started the synopsis for you by posting our basis for the How & What Program we selected for our database project. I'm a big believer in the Tried and True - why reinvent the wheel? Missy has had great success with OUTLOOK , and there bore my new DataBaby!

The final part to our Assignment One series about Databases is the real Nitty Gritty. I like detail. Here you will find each piece that Missy instructed me to use in creating the database.

It was grueling, hard work to get all of the contacts into Outlook and assign them each multiple categories, but I won't ever have to do that again. Now its just maintenance!  I feel on top of the world having it all organized so nicely - and its already come in handy more than once!
