Twenty years ago the book Who Moved My Cheese was released...such a simple short little book that became a best seller.
It told about how different personalities deal with inevitable change. In this book the analogy was moving of the cheese and the dilemma of finding more. And it used four different character personalities.
My personal take away was not WHO moved the cheese but finding more cheese in a new location.
Nothing lasts forever.
Always be prepared to find a new supply and not be focused on who actually did the moving.
Very much like Real Estate.
We can sit around and talk about whether it's a buyer or seller's market, whether the interest rates are up, whether the discount or third-party entities are taking clients and then blame others who are getting "OUR" listings.
Or we can get up and go find new listings and new buyers.
It does not matter who moved the cheese.
Go figure out how to find it.
