REO Trash Out Post Pictures

That looks like a great job. And you do not charge a dime for the clean out? If you do how much, just curious?

Hi Mr. Jackson,

In the end, we made about a dime on this job. We under bid the job to the bank and had to eat all of the extra costs associated with how much junk was actually in there. Live and learn.

Unfortunately we do have to charge for our service. The way we charge is based on how much volume one's junk takes up in the trucks. What that means is, no matter how heavy, how difficult the junk is to get to or how long it takes us to finish, we only charge by the amount of junk we take out. Here's a cool little tool you can use to gauge how much junk you might have: junk estimator.
