What's the best time to sell?
This is probably my most asked question.
The calls I am receiving now are asking questions. What do we need to do to get ready to sell? I guess we have to wait for Spring? Don't most houses sell in the spring and summer months?
Then I start asking questions.
When is the best time for you to move?
Is your home ready to show?
What do you need to do to get ready?
Repairs? Paint? Decorate?
How's the roof? HVAC etc?
Where will you be moving? Have you found a place?
Do you want to move first and then sell?
Do you have to sell your home to move to your next one?
When is the best time to sell?
It is when you and your house are ready.
Homes sell every month in every kind of weather and on every single holiday.
There is not a right time in the market.
The right time is your time.
When you, your family, your circumstances, your schedule are all ready?
Yes there are some people who can only move in the summer due to school schedules. There are some who can only move in December due to work schedules. There are some who lives dictate their move date but again we sell homes 365 days a year.
It's never too early to talk about a move.

Now is my favorite time to list. This is the time of year I build my listing inventory. I want homes, that are ready, on the market in September, October and November.
Photographers are ready and now is a perfect time for taking pictures...the trees and grass are still green and lush.
