August 20th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 16basis points today at 101.97 having remained above support offered by the 50 day moving average and closed 18 points above it. The 30 year was available at 4.625% day. My jumbo pricing is now. sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.375%.Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
