Orlando vacation homes are building and selling again. The clients that are purchasing today have the necessary funds and ability to purchase. The mortgages are alot of fun to acquire but we manage to get them closed. The title company closed today so we hired a traveling notary. The transaction closed and the clients are very happy with their new orlando vacation home. They will start furnishing the property tomorrow. Yes, we're seeing the same thing in the Mount Washington Valley over the last couple months. The inventory has gone down substantially for resort condos, and single homes are beginning to follow suit. The condos were the first to get hit with the slowdown, and the first to make a comeback. One agent came in with 3 new contracts last week and sent out 2 offers yesterday, all on mid-range single-family homes, so it's picking back up quite strongly here, even though prices never fell in proportion to other places.
