Due to a new construction boom, a home may take 6+ months or more to build due to the backlog of permits submitted to the surrounding cities. Consumers should hire an experienced Realtor when building a new home. Building contractors and their agents represent themselves, not the buying consumer.

Cost of living, year 'round outdoor activities and healthy economy continues to draw people to southern Utah to live! I hope you have found this information useful and thanks to Inwest Title for some stats and sales information. Put a Utah State Park or National Park on your list of places to explore!
