Minnesota Fishing...

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

One of the great past times in Minnesota is Fishing.

It is easy and requires a very minimal investment.

I hear people ask how was fishing.

Some say great others say terrible.

Well, that can vary form person to person.

There is actually 2 separates aspects of this activity we call fishing.

There is the Fishing part.   It is the part where you are trying to find and entice the fish to bite.

That is fishing.

Then there is the catching part.  That is the part where you actually get the fish to bite and you pull them in.

The issue is people mix up the 2 meanings of fishing.

there are two different aspects of fishing and when figure it out...you will enjoy the activity even  more!

I have a client visiting Minnesota who bought a house, don't remember the town, for $28,000 and he said is spending 25k to renovate William Feela .  He said he had an appraisal done and it's worth 100k.  He will be renting it out via an agent there.  He had previously purchased 3 other properties in the same area.

Sure enjoyed our vacation days as a kid near Ely in the Boundary Waters Area of your great state, and well remember how some would come back with a full stringer while others would not catch any fish!

Hi William- I love to fish, salt or fresh water!  To me, there is nothing better than seeing a bent rod!  I've probably done more fishing than actual catching of fish!

After all of my years of fishing, including my share of Muskie fishing in Minnesota, I have learned that there are certain aspects of fishing that are enjoyable and do not include catching a fish. Just being out on the water, in a boat with friends, casting rods, watching bobbers . . . what is better than that? Oh, right, catching a fish, LOL. But not always . . .
