This past season, the Broncos had a respectable record, a decent conference schedule and they overcame a lot of adversity with Coach Peterson leaving for the University of Washington. It wasn’t their best season in-terms of conference championships or bowl games, but it could have been much worse.

Michael and I have loved coming to Broncos games for years, it’s an amazing experience – the tailgating beforehand, the sea of blue and orange that fills the streets and the fact that the town literally shuts down on game day. It’s kind of like Varsity Blues or Friday Night Lights, the city of Boise simply loves the Broncos and they have really helped put Boise on the map for college football in the last decade or so. Plus, who can forget watching a game on a blue field like that?!

So, because BSU Football is such a huge part of the culture and activities in Boise, it was one of the first things I had to add to the list of Boyles Boise: 52 things to do and see.
