The sun will soon set on Summer

Sqeezing in a blog this Labor Day weekend, i have many thoughts to share and just as many questions. Summer is hanging n this week for a few more 90 degree days here in NH. Soon the leaves will be turning at the end of September. The fall market should kick into high gear this week. It could be a busy as our spring market.

Any one who follows me knows I am a little sad dropping my daughter of for her first year at college. Writing just is not flowing like usual. Stay tuned for my fall list of "Nobody asked me... but... Fall real estate question and answers on Monday.  You will find me working Labor Day, catching up... getting a new listing and waiting to see if buyers start lining up to see it....

The MOST IMPORTANT thing in real estate for me is to provide great service. To stand out from the crowd by being there through each step of the buying or selling process. My message that I want to share in Real Estate, is that my philosophy is simple, to provide more personal and professional service to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest.

Hi Scott,
I'm really looking forward to Fall.  Between the heat and then the wildfire smoke, I'm ready for my favorite season... Fall.

Morning Scott.

The change in temperatures is already hitting us.  It won't be long before all the summer shirts are put away and the long sleeves will be out

I am having a really hard time accepting that we are this late into the year already.  I love autumn colors, but regret the heat that summer offers.  I am a swimmer, and it simply isn't as pleasant when the weather turns cold.

A tropical storm is brewing as I sit and write this. I'm listening to the rain beat down and praying the weather doesn't hit the gulf coast too badly. We are still having 90 degree days too, but I can tell it's ever so slightly beginning to cool. Bring it on... I could use a little autumn weather.
