Congratulations to all involved. My office has just completed 2 very important Buyer Benefit program Accreditations. There is lots of money out there being provided for Buyer's right now and if there is anything close to free money to Buy into a new home for First Time Buyer's, this is the way to do it. I have just been Certified through Maryland Association of Realtors, by Freddie Mac as a Cerfied Credit Smart Trainer, and Fern Davis, Director of Housing Programs & MAR coordinator for Credit Smart. In addition to this training program for our new Buyer's (and some repeat clients), the Program is priceless, fool-proof and also lets us help out with Spanish speaking clients, and translates the program for us! Excellent tools!
We have also completed Certifications and have become a Certified WHC or Workforce Housing Realtor. These programs cannot be beaten and the guidelines show how to take the program step by step. In addition we have been forward'd a list of super qualified Lender's whom are Certified in themselves to execute a seamless transaction on the Financial side. I am looking forward to working with agents and Clients in spreadin the good news with any potential Buyer today. Thank you MAR!
