Patricia Feager hi Patricia... they keep changing the projections, but the worst hit will be along the coastline and we are hundreds of miles inland.

Grant Schneider hi Grant... fortunately, I don't have much in the house to cook as I often buy what we need as I need it. Not sure cooking solves the problem... what's cooked has to be cooled and if we lose power for more than a day or so, it will also need to be tossed.

Roy Kelley hi Roy... I think at some level it's tough to be fully prepared when there are so many unknowns.

Sharon Tara Hi Sharon... the last thing we need is people affected by food poisoning during or after the storm!

Debbie Reynolds hi Debbie... because it's just the two of us, I never have huge supplies of perishable food or frozen... I buy as I need it fresh. But even that being said, if we lose power for more than a day or two, I'll be tossing some stuff, as well. Hate that kind of waste.

Gloria Todor hi Gloria... we weathered Florence fine... three days of rain and we did have some flooded streets not far from us, but our home and neighborhood were fine and no loss of power. We can only be thankful.
