We were driving up towards Wintergreen yesterday and decided to stop by and see this home that is on the MLS (truth is I have a client who will be building a simular home).

Charles, that is an absolutely beautiful and the view and the landscape are completly stunning as well. We always say that location, location, location are the three most important things about real estate and it looks like this home meets all the basic criteria.
