Don't you hate reading those ads that say, "Good Credit, Slow Credit, No Credit, No Problem?" Are they kidding?! Yes!

If you have credit problems, it's a problem. It can be solved, but it takes the right credit advocacy program, the right loan officer and the right company...it's not magic.

HERE'S A CONCEPT! We are a 100% referral based company. If you get bad service you are not likely to refer your friends and family to us! We look for the best loan program, and the right credit solution, for your circumstances. The program that "works" for you might take six months of work. It might be different than the "outside the box" loan program someone offered you 18 months ago... but we are going to find the program that works FOR YOU, and we believe that's what our clients deserve. Someone to work on your behalf. An experienced craftsman, not someone who can type a loan application in and tell you if it fits the "Magical Mortgage Program Guide" (today).

And then again, sometimes, it's the PROPERTY that needs a thoughful look. We finance flood prone beach homes, family properties with mobile homes, log cabins, non-warrantable condos, new homes, ugly hmes, and the most basic of "fixer-uppers." Sometimes it requires a little more money down, sometimes it takes a little elbow grease, sometimes the seller needs to help with financing costs... but if there's a way, and it's the RIGHT THING FOR YOU, then we will do everything possible to make your dream come true!

You sound honest and easy to work with. There are alot of people that need some credit help.

So Eleanor, you are trying to tell me that the ad I just saw for 4.5% with no closing fees isn't accurate? I just had a tought are all these internet ads under Reg Z?

There's a breathless, "just between you and me" ad running in Phoenix and Tucson that makes me want to barf. It's so misleading! Thanks for a straightforward article for your clients and future clients. It makes me want to refer business to you!

Joe, I think that there are a lot of mortgage advertisements that push the Reg z requirments, not just the internet ads? I never tell anyone that another adv rtisement or quote is a bait and switch or misleading.

I just tell them what questions to ask, what documents to see, and I follow up later, sometimes a couple times. Either I can catch them when it falls, or I can possibly learn something

Credit repair has always been important to those who need it. It is now important to the industry, to

develop qualified buyers.
