. Sometimes we say that we love this business because..it makes us cry...that is..Happy Tears ! It was no exception when Molly signed on all the dotted lines...and became the proud new owner of her ranch in Greendale,WI. We introduced you to Molly and Blake when we first got the accepted offer after searrching for just the right home for what seemed like a lifetime. Here is her "hers-tory" with us.
The Seller was just as pleased to have Molly and Blake making memories in their new home as Molly was to begin them. On the kitchen counter at the final walk thru, was
a bouquet of flowers and a note with wishes for many happy yeats to come in the house that the Seller had called home.
The brightly colored blooms lit up the kitchen and Molly's eyes glazed with tears to match ours as she read the thoughtful note.
. We like to make closing gifts special and "client appropriate." Molly had written to Mrs Seller that she and Blake would love to be baking in their new kitchen especially at the holidays. Molly's presents were "all things baking" for her new kitchen and My Mom's recipe for my favorite cookies, sour crean cashews...the one I chose her to bake at Christmas. More tears...as she unwrapped the
new kitchen additions and we all envisioned the fun that she and Blake would have in mixing up memories.
