Today I was talking with Karol about something else with the same company, then we begin talking more and more and she was so great, I told her she was NADOTA and told her what it stood for: Not A Duplicate Of The Average.
In that time, she sent a message to another department, and within five minutes or so, she said they are refunding your $50.00.
Now you can see the advantages of the NADOTA telling a person they are NADOTA and then what it means.
