Just walking around in the world of eXp Realty and going into the auditorium this morning I noticed on the wall of the auditorium:

That is an extremely powerful statement about the broker for the real estate company I am apart of just for the past couple of months

A couple of weeks ago someone said, although Keller Williams is a great real estate company, the agents who are with eXp Realty are paid about 20 times more.
That has to do with how Mr. Sanford designed and set up the way eXp Realty compensates its productive agents with residual income and stock that can be purchased also stock that is awarded to the agents.
Oh of course I am still learning the workings of this real estate company.
My sponsor after being with the company has received over $________ in shares of stock, and his check in June was $_____ the though came out of my head, if he can do that in two years I can do it in less than a year.

My intention as I would assume other agents is to continue to help buyers and sellers with their home purchases and sales.
But the benefits with this company are remarkable.

Interesting when change comes people are afraid and avoid it, but this change happened a bout 2009 in the first nine years about 1000 agents around the country joined the company.
Then in the last year or two over 13,000 agents have moved their license to eXp Realty.
With the changes Zillow, Offer Pad, Open Door, Purple something I heard last week on television and companies like this, eXp Realty is the company that will benefit agents like no other company to the resistance of those kinds of changes coming into our business.
