On a day when I couldn't eat it was tough to remember that purpose makes the difference in most things lived and achieved. I don't often take the time to remember this, but today for Yom Kippur I did. Like most things purpose is sometimes forgotten in favor expediency. We live in a fast paced, get it done now time. Taking a break to reflect and think is a gift we don't often give ourselves. I have thought all day about the role I play in my own life and purpose for me is key. And now I am going to break my fast.
