My kids are always telling me I'm stuck in the 70's and I was in my element at a late lunch with a client and the better half yesterday. Everything was going well but I didn't anticipate how much better it could be until the client expressed her interest in 70's music also. Her genre was definitely leaning toward disco and when K.C. & the Sunshine Band was heard playing Shake, Shake, Shake the "deal" was sealed. No need to discuss Real Estate any further, my job was finished and we pleasantly enjoyed our meals reminiscing about our teenage years. After much talk and laughter the early evening brought an end to our afternoon together. I'm told there will be more properties to sell within the coming years and I assured her I could put together a great play-list. I'll be working on my covers for Harry Wayne Casey!
Take a client to lunch day can be extremely fun and profitable!
