Middletown township Bucks county Market report August 2018

Middletown  township is located in Bucks county,  Pa.

I looked up the mls for residential listings of single family (does not include multi family homes )  homes sold in Middletown  township in August  2018.

This is what I  found :

There were 56  homes that settled in the  August   2018.

The lowest sale price was $187,500 .

The highest sale price was $ 510,000 .

The average sale price was $312,510
