Why Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com Are Not Accurate

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart

Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com are well I guess you call them third parties. Their purpose is to make money, and the main way they make money is by selling ads to Realtors.

And the higher up a Realtor wants to get so they are seen, the more money the agent pays for that.

Now that we have said that, these companies have a contract to receive homes for sale on different MLS’s around the country.

When a home sells in Phoenix Arizona, if the agent does not change it to pending within 72 hours they are fined $500.00 Based on that you can understand why the MLS IS ACCURATE.

Those companies want to have all the inventory they can to be up on their sights, they are not penalized by anyone, for not removing the home when it is pending or EVEN SOLD!

There fore it can be on their site for two or three months after it has sold!

This is the reason you would want to obtain a link for you to search accurate information. Agents who are proactive in the business, offer this service.

You can go to DanMcGinnis.exprealty.com and search for homes in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale, areas 24/7.

Not a realtor

Sorry but your writing is so bad, I’m having a hard time understanding your point. You said Zillow is not accurate but then you mention the MLS fine. What the heck are you talking about?
