How I Work With Buyers Completely Different From Other Agents

With almost 1000 closed home sales, about 450 of those were buyers.

When YOU THINK, having helped that many buyers, I must be doing something right.

First, I treat them just like I treat my best friends and family. Some people have said I was very personal. I don’t know I never went to college. Ha ha

Attention to detail, you may have heard those words in the past: attention to detail. To me it is important to be a little slow moving, this is the first, second, or fifth time in your life you have bought a home.

By now I have forgot what the first two clicks were about! 

Do you get my point?

I have done something 400 times, you have done it two times!

I want you to see know and understand each step of the process.

So, you can think and, when you get home that day, or are laying in bed, or a week after you have moved into your home, something was overlooked you had intended to see go in a different direction.

When we look at a home: I say a few words initially, and I follow you, not you are following me. I don’t say: this is the kitchen, I figure you know that when you see a range, refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. You get it?

And I don’t say this is the family room, TV, comfortable chair, couch. I consider you know that is the family room also.

The master bedroom, I figure if it is the largest bedroom out of three, you know it is the master bedroom.
