September 27th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed flat today at 100.94 having remained above support offered by the 10 day moving average and closed 7 points above  it.  The conforming rate is at 4.875% day. My jumbo pricing is now. sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.50%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
