Yes, the word is out, ownership of my brokerage has changed hands and NextHome Antonelli Realty is no more. The Kissimmee office is still there but now Jon Brumer is the Broker / Owner of NextHome Premier Neighborhood Realty. The entire Team is still on board because no one has a better support plan to make $$$ and Jon has the best compensation plan around.
This decision did not come easy, as some of you know or don’t know, I have an issue with my neck where the pain, at times, is unbearable. Even for a big bear like me, it puts me down. So not being able to give the office my full 100% I thought it best to let someone else take the reins.
If any of my FB friends out there still want my help, just give me a call or email and I will get you with Jon and he will take good care of you. I will still be around trying to get help with my neck and traveling back home to Boston again for a bit. I’m planning of going to the NAR convention if anyone else here is, especially since its in Boston. This will be my last event as a REALTOR. Jan 2019 I will be a Thompson Broker, hopefully in Massachusetts and Florida.
Brokers and Recruiters; No need to call the Team because No other company offers more, nor do they give their agents more than NextHome does. And now with their exclusive deal with Zillow, more and more agents are going to want to join. We all know the 100% companies are never really 100% and after you take out the fees for what you are charged you would still get a better deal with Jon, hint hint. Well that’s plenty for now. You won’t be seeing me around the water cooler, but we can still chat or text. It’s time for me to dust off the resume and get me a part time gig, I still have bills to pay. As my ole friend would say TTFN, Ta Ta For Now.
