Thank you everyone for your kind remarks on the marketing for this listing. It is still available at this point. The condo building overall has several units for sale now, however I'm still confident this is the absolute best condo in the building that is currently for sale.

Why are there suddenly so many available in this building you ask? Well, these are basically starter units. They are smaller units built for a single person or a newly married couple. In this building the owners are traditionally first time owners. So now that the building has been occupied for 3-4 years, turnover is happening. People are moving to a larger home, upgrading a relationship, or starting a family.
