Here a true example how the history of tubes works.
My last listing of $550,000 I attached a clear plastic container to place my 12-page COLOR brochure in, filling it with eight 12-page color brochure.
I lived 15 minutes away, I came by to refill the brochures, every four days and all three times the container was empty each time I arrived.
Bottom line, if you have a real estate agent who will use a tube and put flyers in it, they need to provide you with a supply, so you can check it daily and refill it otherwise, this tube thing is a waste of time.
It is a valuable tool I feel, for getting information out to people who drive by and are interested.
