Watching the news the other day, the news network said new home sales were down 17% in April. Reading an article on the Internet it was up 17%. Very interesting and confusing.
This is not helping our clients who see this confusing news about the houseing market! It means we have to give them the correct information even if it is hard to find. Then get it to them in a timely matter.
ON another subject: I am running for Board member on the Jefferson County Board of Realtors After being a Realtor for 15 years, I want to give back by contributing to this effort.
