I'm sure all Realtors agree when I say that now is the right time to buy. Intrest rates remain at a historic low, home prices have fallen, and foreclosures are very common enabling you to buy the house you couldn't afford a few years ago.

It helps people that your typical Loan Officer just can't help. It enables you to obtain a home with no down payment, no closing costs, and it's not based on credit.
