GREEN HOMES MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER

Now MORE than ever, buyers are looking for GREEN features. With forecasts of record energy prices for Winter 08-09, things such as solar, passive solar, window features, Energy Star, efficiencies, insulation, and GREEN products are becoming more and more in buyers consciousness!

It is time that GREEN features become prominent in MLS listings, ads, marketing, etc. It's good for the buyer, good for the seller, go for the realtor, and the environmentally and morally right thing to do. Richard,

I agree that the "green wave" is coming. Not only do buyers want to feel good about doing their part for the environment, with energy prices soaring, buyers seek out energy saving features in their homes to keep down the costs.

Richard, what people don't realize is that there have been green products around for years and already are in many homes. There's just more of them and more of an interest today.
