A proper eye to home staging does indeed make such a difference. When I arrive at a property to take pictures for MLS listing and for print fliers by the listing agent, I quietly look upward and mutter "thank you " when I can see that the home has in fact been properly staged. Whether it's removal of clutter, or cleaned off surfaces or a fresh coat of paint, good staging can make big differences with simple efforts by a trained eye.
