Sales are up in the Palm Springs area

An article in todays (May 29, 2008) discussing April Sales being up 25%, the highest increase since 2005.

Sales in our office were the best in over a year, last month. May is turning out to be strong as well. Check out the full article at:

Paul, looks like good news for the "desert communities" ou west. In Las Vegas we experienced the most New home sales since August of 2006 and the most single family resales since August of 2006. What may even be more interesting is that our median price is the lowest it's been for 49 months, since March of 2004. This has made homes more affordable.JC in Vegas
