We are all packed up and ready to go.  My wife is just making final arrangements now.  And then...

We are off to Michigan.

It has been a busy morning.

I stopped by RE/MAX Action to pick up my license.  Now I will have to find a place to hang it.

Decisions, Decisions.

RE/MAX.  The old stand by.  Very expensive.  Big name.

Baird and Warner.  Interesting alternative.  I know an office that comes highly recommended.  I need to learn more.

Exit Realty, Keller Williams, Century 21 all possibilities.

This will be an important decision.  I don't want to make another mistake.

It needs to be the right decision for me.  It needs to be a good fit.

My last office was never quite right.

The next one will be.

I am a free agent.  Exciting.

Ken

Hi Ken,

Walk in to all of the offices that you are thinking about. See how the people there interact with eachother.

Good Luck!

Good luck, Ken!  You'll make the right decision. Just go with your gut and never look back on "what might have been".

Ken- sorry to hear about the circumstances surrounding this final decision but I believe everything happens for a reason. IMHO we always have choices but ultimately it's all in God's hands. I wish you the best and hope to continue to see your posts flowing!! Just with a different company!!

Ken,

IMHO, I think that it is not necessarily the company but how well do I fit in the business model and relate to the broker.  It all has to make sense and $$$$$.  If that doesn't work then I keep looking.  You are a smart businessman and will meke the right choice for you.  God bless you and your wife in your new undertakings.  I look forward to seeing you again in the rain and will stay subscribed to your blog.

Ken,

I had no idea that you were moving so soon.  I thought that it was a plan B of sorts.  Regardless, please give us a call before you leave!  I really want our children to play and us to hangout by the fire one more time.  I want things to work out for you guys so much, we are really going to miss you and your family.  PLEASE give me a call.

Best regards,

Larry

Find a place where your spirit is happy...the rest falls into place.  My place has been with Keller Williams and I endorse it to anyone and everyone, but know that not everyone has the same ideals that I do and the same reasons for being where I am.

I do know this...if my office were to change direction, for whatever reason, I'd leave in a heartbeat to find that "happy" place.  Of course, since KW offices are run by the top producing agents in the office, I don't worry about the change....I have the power of my vote!

Morning Ken,

Guess your wife's interview went well. Congratulations to her, you and the family. Good luck to you in your new venture. I know, from your previous post that you enjoy Real Estate. Hopefully the new market area will be better to you.

Hi Hal, Ron, and Larry.  Thanks for stopping by.

Nickie hasn't interviewed yet.  She is today.

It still is plan B.

Ken

It is ironic how these things happened. It was all a part of a bigger plan. The house you rent being sold, your wife wanting to move back to Michigan- and then the conversation with the boss at ReMax- Amazing. I know you will make the right decision and find a good fir for you- I wish you the best of luck. I look forward to reading the rest as this unfolds. Great attitude!
