Let's Get Personal with the Doc!

Sum me up in 300 words...Let’s go for it. 

 

Born as a Georgia girl, I came to Florida since 3rd grade so now I am

Floridianized (my made up word) and love it.  

 

I love my family which includes two sisters, one brother, mom, and my

husband.  They are the love of my life.  My siblings are my best

friends. 

 

I love real estate and most days, I could work real estate all day.  I have

been in the real estate business for 17 years and have loved every

minute of it.

 

I am an entrepreneur by heart so whether it's real estate or any business,

I love the world of entrepreneural.  I have owned a medical billing

company and was publisher of a teen magazine.  

I have been the host of two television shows and I am now the host of

"The Real on Real Estate" radio show.

 

I love giving back to the community.  For the last two years, I have

sponsored a Back to School Supplies Fundraiser where we distribute

school supplies to my agents, my clients, and kids who are in

need.  I am a mentor to young people and I love spending time with

seniors.   

  

In the forefront of my mind is always, "create memories."

 

Here is my one hate, "cooking."  They can build houses without a

kitchen as far as I am concerned.

  

My favorite celebrities are Denzel Washington, Will and Jada Smith. 

My favorite movie is Godfather 1 and 2,  My favorite sitcom is Gomer

Pyle, Andy Griffith and Sanford & Son.  I am a licensed ordained

minister. My husband is a Pastor.  

 

I am a forever student and I love to read books.  

I love to motivate and encourage young people when they believe they

can't accomplish their dreams no matter what the obstacle. 

 

The glass that I view is always half full and never half empty.  I have

fun doing everything I do.  

 

Here are five things that's on my bucket list:

1.  Visit Dubai 

2.  Visit Japan

3.  Ziplining

4.  Hot air baloon

5.  Jump out an airplane

Thank you for the insight into you! It might be cool to jump out of an airplane,  onto a hot air balloon that includes a zip line to earth. Haha. All three of those things would be too much for me!

Kat Palmiotti They are probably too much for me..My hubby thinks I am straight crazy..I know that I am going for the ziplining and the hot air balloon...I have not fully come to grips that I will make the jumping out of the airplane....Thank you for commenting..

I loved learning about the doc and you definitely seem like someone that I would enjoy having as a friend!  I motivating and encouraging the young, do you find that they aren't as willing to put in the work these days?

Brian England I use this phrase, when the student is ready the teacher will appear and if I feel they are not ready, I don't waste my time nor the energy and especially if they are not willing to do what it takes to get them where they want to go..

1. Godfather 1 and 2 are the greatest movies ever made (GF3 sux)

Before I die, I WILL jump out of an airplane (unless I die an accidental death before I get the chance to do it)! Life gets in the way (or should I say business) of achieving all we want to do, doesn't it, Karen!

Dubai is also on my list - one day! Love you, your family values and we also share in our respect and passion for life. The glass is ALWAYS half-full!

As for the font - it's something that we always have an issue with and I'm so glad you posted anyway. We can still read and am so glad you shared a bit of you with us!
